Return Policy for Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the personalized nature of customized and made-to-order pieces, all sales are final and non-returnable. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold or restocked.

We encourage you to review all personalization details (including spelling, dates, and design choices) carefully before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect engraving or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
